  • The customer submits an inquiry to us regarding their desired travel arrangements, including destination, travel dates, number of travelers, and any specific preferences or requirements.
  • The inquiry can be made through various channels, such as the agency's website(**insert link), email (info@nkollotoirs.com) , phone/WhatsApp +255718111173, or in-person visit.

Consultation and Proposal:

  • Our representative will engage with you to understand your travel needs and preferences in detail.
  • Based on the information provided, we will prepare a customized travel proposal, including suggested itineraries, accommodation options, transportation, activities, and associated costs.
  • The proposal may include multiple options for the customer to choose from.

Review and Confirmation:

  • We then present the travel proposal to the you the customer , either in person, via email, or through an online platform.
  • You are then required to review the proposal, seek clarifications or request modifications if needed.
  • Once you (the customer) is satisfied with the proposed itinerary and associated costs, you are to provide us with confirmation to proceed with the booking.

Booking and Payment:

  • Nkollo tours  initiates the booking process with the relevant service providers, such as airlines, hotels, or tour operators, based on the confirmed itinerary.
  • The agency then informs the customer about the payment terms, including any deposit requirements and deadlines for balance payments.
  • The customer makes the necessary payments to the agency as per the agreed terms, which may include the cost of flights, accommodation, activities, and agency service fees.

Travel Documentation:

  • The agency provides guidance to the customer regarding the required travel documentation, such as passports, visas, and health certificates, based on the destination and customer's nationality.
  • You (The customer) is responsible for obtaining and verifying the validity of your travel documents.
  • The agency may offer assistance or recommendations for obtaining necessary visas or travel insurance, if required.

Confirmation and Itinerary:

  • The agency receives the confirmations from the service providers and prepares a comprehensive itinerary for the customer.
  • The itinerary includes details of flights, accommodation, transfers, activities, and any other relevant information.
  • We will then share the final itinerary with you (the customer) through phone, email or a dedicated online portal.

Pre-Trip Assistance:

  • Before the trip, we always provide pre-trip assistance to the customer, answering any last-minute queries, providing travel tips, and addressing any concerns.
  • We also offer additional services like airport transfers, travel insurance, or local transportation arrangements as per the customer's request.

 Post-Trip Support:

  • After the trip, we are keen on seeking feedback from the customer regarding their travel experience and the services provided.
  • If there are any issues or complaints, the agency aims to resolve them promptly and satisfactorily.
